Ok. It took me long enough to figure out what I wanted to transform this site into. I did want to wait until I finished the redesign, but since I am following Problogger’s (Darren Rowse’s blog) 31 days to build a better blog series, I thought this was as good a time as any to start it up again.
I wanted to do something I was really passionate about. I realized I was not as passionate writing about things that I used at work, especially since I want to break away from all employers and live and work “Virtually” on my own for the rest of my life. This blog is my journey to becoming “Virtual.”
Let me give you my definition of living “Virtual.” To me, living Virtual means being able to live anywhere in the world and sustain your income to live happily and be able to afford to eat well, live in high-end housing, own several houses around the world at my favorite locations, and well, still be happy since I will be working on my own businesses, which will most likely run almost 100% online. To be able to start living Virtually, I estimate that I need to be making over $100,000 US a year from all my businesses.
My posts will cover what I am doing to start or ramp up my businesses, what I am doing to prepare my family for this lifestyle, and anything else that comes up along the way. I hope you can join me on my journey to actually become “VirtualTrenz.” Anyone out there already living this type of lifestyle that can add some advice to this topic?
